CallClawAfter-hours phone agent

The call you miss at 7pm gets answered and booked.

CallClaw answers the calls that would have gone to voicemail, works out what is wrong with the door, books a window from your real availability, and texts you. It is a one-time install on the number you already have.

Call the demo line yourself

(657) 626-5936

It runs you through a real booking, on a demo shop, in about ninety seconds. Nothing you say is kept.

This is the whole thing it does.

One call, start to finish. The agent says what it is, gets the five things you would have asked for, and only offers windows your calendar actually returned.

Getting it running

  1. 1

    Keep your number

Nothing changes for your customers. They still call the number on your truck and your sign.

  2. 2

    Forward the calls you miss

Point busy, no-answer and after-hours calls at your new CallClaw number. It is the same forwarding setting you already have, and it takes about two minutes.

  3. 3

    Wake up to booked jobs

The agent answers, qualifies the caller and books a window from your real availability. You get a text the second it happens.

It only picks up the slack.

CallClaw only answers the calls you would have missed anyway: after hours, while you are on a job, or when the line is already busy. Your regular calls still ring through to you first, exactly like today.

And if it ever goes down, those calls fall through to voicemail, which is where they were going before you met us. There is nothing you have today that you can lose by trying it.

What it costs

One-time install. No contract and no monthly minimum.

Questions

Is this legal?

Yes. The agent tells every caller up front that they are talking to an automated assistant, not a person. It never claims to be human, and it never quotes a price you have not approved.

What does it actually say?

It gives its name and your company name, asks what is wrong with the door, gets the caller's name, callback number and address, and offers real appointment windows pulled from your calendar. If someone is trapped or a door came down, it stops the booking flow and gets you notified right away.

What if it makes a mistake?

Every call is recorded with a full transcript in your dashboard, so you can check its work. If a call goes sideways you will see exactly what was said, and you can call the customer back yourself.

Do I need new hardware?

No. No app to install, no new phone, and no new number to hand out. You forward calls to it the same way you would forward calls to a person.

Two minutes of call forwarding and the 7pm call stops getting away.

Founding price holds until the first batch of shops is installed.
